Witchblade Phoenix

i've been trying alot of new things since i went to Dragon con, it's very hard to try to retrain yourself to see things in totally new ways and it's very hard to let go of techniques you've depended on for years and replace them with new ones. this piece is the product of my inventive boyfriends great imagination. he thought how cool it would be if jean grey as phoenix came into possession of the witchblade. i think the idea was a complete sucess i hope i delivered it well. this piece was done in copic markers and highlighted with a white color pencil. tell me what you think?
