The Two Faces of Aquaman

here's some more copic marker grey scale goodness. i have been very inspired by the new/old look of aquaman in the new "brightest day" comic that comes after blackest night. i decided to draw his current look and also draw his previous incarnation with his beard and hook. i had alot of fun drawing the scales on aquamans chest and arms.
the bubbles in the back ground came out well i think and were a total accident, i had smeared some mustard on the corner of the page when i was coloring this at lunch and needed a way to cover that up hence the bubbles.
i think my style has really evolved latly i used to have the look of jim lee and aurther adams in my work, now i think my stuff has more of a feeling of j scott campbell and steven sanchez. i think i have sucessfully fused these styles into one of my own. hope u like this new work.
